Here are a few that disturb me: propyl paraben, methyl paraben and many, many synthetic dyes (which I am pretty sure are not being tested for heavy metals.) Other natural remedies include: digestive enzymes, probiotics, ginger (boil some and drink as a tea or throw a chunk in our smoothie) and apple cider vinegar. If you have a really bad case consider cutting back on certain foods that can trigger it like coffee and citrus.
