Happy Little Camper: Safe Baby and Beyond
I LOOOOOVE when I randomly come across a new brand that I fall in love with. When I was visiting family in Alabama a few weeks ago I needed more disposable diapers and wipes. So I ran to Winn-Dixie and almost felt defeated with the options and then Happy Little Camper showed up! I snagged it after reading the labels and ingredients and when I got home DM’ed the company to ask about their diaper ingredients and I was so pleased!
The Gist:
Happy Little Camper uses 100% natural cotton in all of their wipes and diapers.
They do not use: “Optical Brightners, Wetness Indicators, Chlorine/Bleach, Parabens, Fragrance Additives, Alcohol, Sulfates, Formaldehyde, Triclosan, Phthalates, Pesticides, VOC's, Lotion, Rayon, Asbestos, Harmful Chemicals, Lead & Heavy Metals, Silicon, Glyphosate, Latex, GMO's”
They also source and manufacture their cotton sustainably.
Not only can conventional diapers be filled with toxic ingredients, but it can be really hard to find out what is in them. Happy Little Camper openly discloses their ingredients: GMO Free Cotton blend, Vitamin E, Aloe Vera, certified safe inks, non toxic adhesives and elastics and are 34% biodegradable!
Happy Little Camper was born in 2017 out of it’s sister company Veeda. Veeda offers feminine care products made of 100% natural cotton that are better for you and the planet. It is out of this cotton that they perfected for feminine care that started the evolution of Happy Little Camper. Two #doitbetterbrands at once! Count me in! Also, Hillary Duff loves them so much she became the brand ambassador for both brands. So there’s that!
