You guessed it….intimate products (I have no idea what else to call them) are not regulated for safety by the FDA either. This, like feminine care, is a no brainer when it comes to switching to safer.

Common toxic ingredients in these products are:

• parabens

• PVC

• synthetic fragrance

• flavor and more

On top of that, our vaginal skin is extremely absorbent and can be easily irritated by many of these ingredients. “…the vagina is capable of secreting and absorbing fluids at a higher rate than skin…” Also, it is very important that you don’t mess with your skin’s pH and microbiome down there which can lead to itchiness, burning etc.
